IPC committees see that a variety of work gets done around the church.

Finance and Stewardship 
The Finance and Stewardship Committee provides timely financial information to the session and members, and encourages active stewardship following the example of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  The committee can be contacted via email.

Personnel committee
The Personnel Committee works with personnel policies, staffing changes, compensation budgets, staff development, and performance reviews. EEO 

Love In Action
Sharing our Christian love with others by helping people in our community, in our nation, and internationally.  The committee stewards the Mission Fund of the church were 10% of all offerings given to the church support mission activities.We support about a dozen charities, more than half are local, and we support Presbyterian Disaster Assistance financially as well as congregation members traveling to work on-site with the PDA.  There is more information about LIA and the charities we support on the Missions section of the site.

Membership and Evangelism
We work to keep current attendance records, identifying, welcoming and serving as a point of contact of newcomers.  We provide educational opportunities to equip the congregation to share the Gospel with others and with pastoral assistance, new members classes are provided.  We also oversee the newsletter and the website.

Building and Grounds
Responsible for maintaining the physical needs of our entire facility, making decisions concerning care, upkeep and use of the church.  "We maintain the facility so you can focus on the message." 

Fellowship
The committee describes their duties with a paraphrase from the book The Shack:“It’s all about relationships and simply sharing life … being open and available to others around us. Jesus’s church is all about people and life is all about relationships. 
Seeks to provide congregational fellowship events where people can meet each other in an informal setting.  They organize events such as picnics, talent shows, movie nights, craft days, and game nights.

Christian Education
The Christian Education Committee oversees the education of the whole church. This includes Sunday School for children, youth, and adults, and weekly Junior Church activities during the worship service.  Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies, Youth Groups for various ages, seasonal events, and the Church Library also fall under the supervision of the CE Committee.  At Inglewood, learning and spiritual growth are lifelong activities.

Worship
Plans and evaluates the various worship experiences at IPC.  Supervises the music programs and teams.  Explores ideas for evangelistic opportunities to draw in the community.
